**Product Development**: The tech co-founder is responsible for leading the development of our company's core product & technology. This involves creating a technical roadmap, setting development milestones, and ensuring the product is built to high-quality standards.

**Technology Strategy**: Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy. This includes making decisions about the choice of technologies, platforms, and architectural design.

**Technical Expertise**: Provide technical leadership by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. They should be capable of making informed decisions about the technology stack and development methodologies.

**Team Building**: Recruit, lead, and manage the technical team. This involves hiring developers, designers, and other technical staff, as well as creating a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Code Development**: While they may not always be hands-on coding, tech co-founder should be capable of contributing to the codebase and reviewing code to maintain high-quality standards.

**Quality Assurance and Testing**: Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested for functionality, performance, security, and usability. Establish quality assurance processes and practices.

**Scalability**: Design the technology infrastructure to be scalable, so it can handle growth and increasing user demands. This includes considerations for server infrastructure, databases, and more.

**Data Security and Privacy**: Implement robust security measures and privacy practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

**Budget Management**: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

**Collaboration with Non-Tech Teams**: Work closely with non-technical founder and co-founder and teams like marketing, sales, and operations to align technology development with the overall business strategy and customer needs.

**Product Roadmap**: Collaborate on the product roadmap, considering market trends, user feedback, and business goals.

**Mentoring and Training**: Mentor and coach team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

**Problem Solving**: Address technical challenges and issues that may arise, finding innovative solutions to problems.

**Innovation**: Stay at the forefront of technology trends and identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate the product.

**Compliance**: Ensure that the technology and data management practices are compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.

**Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate technical risks that could affect the business.

**Continuous Improvement**: Continuously improve the product and technology processes, aiming for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Monitoring Performance**: Use metrics and data to monitor the performance of the product and technology team, making data-driven decisions for improvements.

**Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company, helping to define long-term technology goals and directions.

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
