I’m looking for a senior-level full-stack developer to join me full-time and take the lead on software development across two projects.

Both are already prototyped (POC) and ready to be industrialized.

🔍 About the Projects

🔹 Project 1: Fitness × Gaming Mobile App

A cross-platform mobile app that connects real-world strength training (reps, sets, volume, intensity) with a digital progression system linked to video games and virtual avatars.

This is not another gamified fitness app – it’s a bridge between the physical world and real gaming universes.

🛠️ The app will integrate with a dedicated smart device (under separate hardware development by another team).

Your scope:

- You do not handle the hardware or firmware
- You will work on Bluetooth/data integration, back-end processing, and mobile UX

🔹 Project 2: Lean / Operational Excellence Web Platform

A SaaS platform for businesses to:

- Run structured maturity assessments
- Visualize gaps & progress via dashboards
- Encourage teams through gamified progress indicators (badges, levels, seasonality)
- Used in real-world consulting projects already (global deployment underway)

Your scope:

- Full-stack web development
- Back-end on Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions)
- Front-end in React
- Multi-user logic, multi-country scaling, admin panels

🧠 Your Responsibilities

- Lead full-stack development for both products
- Build & scale a React Native mobile app
- Build & scale a React web app (Firebase stack)
- Collaborate on architecture & product logic
- Ensure security, performance & code quality
- Connect to APIs (including BLE / fitness device data)
- Contribute to roadmap decisions with the founder
- Optionally: grow into a CTO-like role and lead a future tech team

🛠️ Required Skills

- 5+ years experience in full-stack dev
- Strong in React & React Native
- Strong in Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions)
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, Node.js
- Familiar with BLE integration, data handling from external devices
- Good sense of UX/UI and clean code architecture
- Bonus: experience in dashboarding, SaaS platforms, or fitness/gaming
