Interim CTO

**Role Overview**

The Interim CTO will **coordinate MVP delivery**, manage **technical vendors**, and build foundational systems across Client's OS pillars: Identity, Safety, Money, Influence, and Humanity. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Founder to bring the product vision to life through scalable, modular, and well-documented systems.

This is a **contract-based interim role** during the pre-funding phase. After funding, a **Global CTO** will be appointed in Dubai. High performers from this interim phase may be considered for long-term roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MVP Coordination**
- Oversee MVP development and technical architecture across key Client's OS modules
- Ensure delivery of Gate A-C milestones with internal and external teams

**Vendor & Partner Management**
- Manage freelance developers, tech vendors, and consultants
- Monitor deadlines, code quality, and integration with existing systems

**Product & Tech Roadmapping**
- Convert Founder’s vision into technical execution plans
- Design scalable architectures and modular frameworks

**Integration & Collaboration**
- Work closely with the India-based Project Manager to structure systems
- Align India tech outputs with Dubai HQ priorities and roadmap

**Documentation & IP Readiness**
- Maintain clean, lightweight tech documentation
- Ensure systems are investor-ready and suitable for IP timestamping

**Compliance & Setup**
- Oversee infosec hygiene, access logs, and India tech stack compliance
- Support contract, vendor, and licensing setup for tools and systems

**AI Tools & Automation**
- Use AI copilots, tools like Notion, Zapier/n8n, GitHub, and Jira to maximize productivity
- Deploy rapid prototyping tools and automation to speed up development cycles

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 3-6 years of experience in **software engineering or tech leadership**:

- Track record of delivering **1-2 MVPs** in a startup or lean environment
- Experience coordinating **distributed teams and freelance vendors**:

- Knowledge of **AI, fintech, or cybersecurity fundamentals**:

- Familiarity with **automation tools**, low-code platforms, and prototyping
- Strong communicator — able to create **clear tech updates and documentation**

**Preferred Background**
- Previous role as **Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Startup CTO**:

- Experience in sectors like **blockchain, digital identity, fintech, or SaaS**:

- Exposure to **IP documentation** or investor-facing technical reports
- Comfort working in **high-trust, pre-funding startup environments**

**Compensation & Engagement**
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 (depending on experience)
- **Engagement Type**: Contract / Freelance
- **Entity**: Hired via Client (Dubai)
- **Growth Opportunity**: High performers may transition to **permanent leadership roles post-funding**, including a Dubai-based Global CTO track

**Success Metrics**
- MVPs delivered on time and on spec
- Systems documented for future scale, IP filings, and investor due diligence
- Product roadmap milestones (Gate A-C) achieved with mínimal blockers
- Effective integration with Dubai HQ and other India-based team leads

**Note**

This is an **interim role** during our bootstrap phase. Once funding is secured, Client's AI will onboard a **Global CTO** to lead large-scale tech and innovation. This role is designed to ensure we move from vision to prototype with clean systems, ready for global scale.
