**Job Description: Cofounder CTO**

**Title: Cofounder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**

**Location: Remote**

**Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (Flexible, with potential to transition to full-time)**

By offering a subscription-based service, we provide top-tier design and development expertise at a manageable monthly fee. Our goal is to enable founders to focus on core business growth while ensuring their products remain cutting-edge and competitive.

**Role Overview**:
As the Cofounder & CTO, you will lead our technology strategy and development efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our service, from web and app development to infrastructure and security. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and help other startups succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of web and app development, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and designers.
- Collaborate with the Cofounder & CSO and other team members to align technical efforts with business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Implement best practices for software development, security, and quality assurance.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Support client projects by providing technical expertise and guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in web and app development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, with the potential to transition to full-time.
- Passion for startups and a desire to help other entrepreneurs succeed.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in or with early-stage startups.
- Previous experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role.
