Customer Assistance representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information about products or services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns or complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers with product or service purchases, process orders, and provide guidance on available options.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain relationships with clients.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update customer information accurately in the database or CRM system.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for reference and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for data entry and management.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
