Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage incoming calls and actively reach out to prospective parents to provide detailed information about our programs and the admission process.

Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to engage and convert potential leads into admissions.

Record Keeping: Accurately document and maintain records of all communication and interactions in the school’s database.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the admissions and administration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for every parent.

Other Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week (Half-day on Saturdays)

NDA/Bond: 2-year commitment required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
