**Position: Field Production Merchandiser**

**Salary: 25000/- to 30000/-**

**Date of Joining: Immediate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pre-plan all necessary trims and accessories required for production before fabric arrival.
- Coordinate closely with factories to ensure timely delivery of trims and materials, minimizing delays in production.
- Collaborate with quality assistants to ensure accurate packing lists and dispatch of finished goods.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, fostering strong relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and address production challenges, working with factories to implement solutions and optimize processes.
- Monitor production schedules and timelines, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and capacity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies and drive production/sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in merchandising within the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
