**1. Key Responsibilities & Authorities - Merchandiser / Assistant Manager - Merchandiser**
- Ensure clear communication with all the stakeholders
- Distribute information pertaining to the product being manufactured
- Make costing of the product developed
- Be one point of contact for the customer to address their requests and concerns.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- To liaise with customers on products/services offered for ensuring customer complaints are resolved and communicated;
- Develop and secure approval for go-to-market plans and budgets;
- Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets;
- Develop marketing collateral and sales tool like presentations and proposals;
