**About the Job**

The Compliance Officer (SEZ Regulations) will be responsible for all SEZ (Special Economic Zones) and STPI (Software Technology Park of India) related compliance and regulatory filings for the campuses in India as required by the respective Acts.

**As Compliance Officer (SEZ), You Will**

Responsible for upkeep of all records and compliance of SEZ activities including:

- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (MPR / QPR / APR)
- Softex forms preparation and submission
- Filing of Softex forms with bankers and clearing off in EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System)
- Zone to zone transfer of materials / equipments and employees
- DTA (Digital Transformation Agency) paperwork and approvals
- DSPF (Data Service Procurement Form) filings
- Bond and BLUT (Bond Legal Undertaking) renewal paperwork

Responsible for customs and import clearance for all SEZ related imports and equipments including coordination with administration team and vendor:

- Compliances related to payroll a BPO call center
- Accounting and reconciliation

**Requirements**:
**As Compliance Officer (SEZ), You Have**
- Post-secondary degree with a major in Accounting and Commerce
- 7+ years of experience in handling SEZ and STPI Compliance. Additionally, BPO call center experience is desired
- Good communication skills; listening, verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- The ability to implement change and innovation
- The ability to communicate with various positions and departments
