Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

The role of a Senior Compliance Officer is to ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and fair manner, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the grievance redressal process across branches and digital platforms, ensuring all complaints are acknowledged within targeted working days and resolved within stipulated duration as per regulatory norms.
  • Certify closure of complaints where contractual, statutory, and regulatory obligations have been fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in grievance redressal function in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing grievances, demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Insurance, or Business Administration.
