Compliance Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in compliance regulations, including Microsoft's SSPA, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMI.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily compliance activities, including risk assessments, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth compliance risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and working with various departments to mitigate identified risks.
  • Gather and analyze data related to compliance activities, preparing reports and metrics for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and standards, advising relevant departments on adjustments needed to policies or procedures to remain in compliance.
  • Lead or assist in investigations of compliance incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation, analysis, and reports to demonstrate compliance efforts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local and international regulations relevant to the industry.

Able to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into business policies.

4 to 8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, risk management, or a related field.

Strong background in legal, financial, corporate governance, or IT Industry-specific compliance.

Detail-oriented, ethical, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
