
Store Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing plastic materials, products, and supplies. Regularly update the inventory database and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet production requirements.
- Receiving and Dispatch: Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming plastic materials and products. Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Storage and Organization: Implement and maintain a systematic storage system to ensure easy access to materials and efficient space utilization. Monitor the condition of stored items and implement appropriate preservation methods.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control personnel to conduct periodic checks on stored materials and products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Order Processing: Process requests for plastic materials and products from different departments, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while adhering to company policies.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost and ensure quality.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all store-related activities, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and reports.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, consumption, and other relevant metrics for management review and decision-making.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to legal requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective measures to enhance store operations and overall efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or inventory control in the plastic industry.
- Good understanding of plastic materials, products, and their storage requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in the plastic industry.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
