**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
