**Key Responsibilities**
**For Commis I**:
- Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indian dishes with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain consistency and quality of food preparation as per recipe standards.
- Supervise junior staff (Commis II and III) and guide them on preparation and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
**For Commis II**:
- Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes under the guidance of Commis I or CDP.
- Ensure all mise en place is done before service time.
- Maintain personal and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Support Commis I and contribute ideas for dish enhancement.
- Label and store food properly.
**For Commis III**:
- Perform basic food preparation tasks like chopping, grinding, marinating, and cooking under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned workstation.
- Assist in receiving and storing supplies.
- Learn and understand recipes and cooking procedures.
- Follow instructions accurately and work as part of the kitchen team.
