**- Assisting the Accounts team with hosting meetings where required.
- Supporting the daily upkeep inventory of the factory.
- Working collaboratively with store & accounts team to support and offer advice where needed.
- Maintaining Daily stock inventory of inward and outward of raw materials.
- Maintaining the stock movement of material from store to shop floor.
- Checking daily accuracy consumption of daily stock in hand.
- Maintain daily physical and system stock.
- Update to senior daily report of material consumption from physical and system stock.
- High line the discrepancy of material shortfall if not matching with physical stock and system stock

**Job Expectations**:
Personal Attributes & Experience:

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Work specifically), Tally & ERP Software.

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in relevant field
