**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor **bag making machines** (e.g., bottom seal, side seal, drawstring, ziplock, or woven sack machines).
- Set up machines based on job orders, including loading materials, setting parameters, and installing cutting or sealing tools.
- Inspect raw materials and finished bags to ensure quality standards are met.
- Make necessary adjustments to the machine to ensure optimal production and mínimal waste.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Document daily production reports and report issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the machine area.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in bag making machine operations.
- Familiarity with machines such as **Kejriwal, Mamata, Hemingstone, XL Plast, or similar brands** is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and machine settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect material or process defects.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance is a plus.

**Education**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Plastic Technology or equivalent experience.
- CIPET is preferred

**Shift & Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- Factory floor environment with adherence to PPE standards.
