**Job Title

**Experience Required - 2-5 years**
**Salary -15,000K- 20,000K**
**Location - Agra (CO) ( 6 days working)**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager (Male) to oversee and manage all administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The Admin Manager will be responsible for facility management, security, vendor coordination, asset management, and general office administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office premises and ensure all administrative processes are functioning efficiently.
- Monitor and check CCTV cameras regularly to ensure safety, security, and compliance with company protocols.
- Manage housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office spaces.
- Supervise security staff and ensure proper duty rosters are maintained.
- Manage office assets, stationery, and inventory to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Handle facility management, including maintenance of office infrastructure, repairs, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and repair services.
- Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, guests, and visitors.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations within office premises.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
