**3. Roles & Responsibility**
- Act as a first point of contact to Service Providers for all queries related to Invoice Submission & Verification.
- Collecting bills/Invoices along with supporting documents form LSP’s
- Auditing of Freight & Warehouse Invoices in accordance to the FBV guidelines against respective contracts
- Daily updating of tracker.
- Exception & Deviation Reporting to all stakeholders i.e. Customer / LSP / 3SC Control Tower
- Key-in the Payable Amount per Invoice in in Customer’s ERP/Financial System.
- Handing over of invoices to Customer’s designated team member.
- Process the Audit & Invoice Function as per defined timelines
- Evaluate each request and determine the appropriate action necessary to resolve the issue.
- To provide the resolution/feedback to the requesting party.
- Liaison between Customer and LSPs.
