**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas Welding, etc.).
- Demonstrate correct welding procedures and safety measures.
- Train students in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- **Curriculum Development & Implementation**:

- Design, develop, and update welding course content as per industry standards and NSDC guidelines.
- Ensure the curriculum covers skill development, safety protocols, and hands-on training.
- **Practical Hands-On Training**:

- Guide trainees in handling welding tools, machines, and equipment.
- Ensure safe workshop practices and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- **Industry & Placement Support**:

- Help trainees prepare for job opportunities by improving technical and soft skills.
- Coordinate with placement teams to support job placement and apprenticeship opportunities.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Prepare progress reports and submit them to the management as required.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of practical industry experience in welding. Prior experience in training or teaching is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant welding certification (AWS, ASME, or NSDC certification in welding training) is an added advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas).
- Ability to operate and maintain welding machines and tools.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Passion for teaching and skill development.
- Ability to engage with trainees from different backgrounds.
- Experience in skill development projects under NSDC, PMKVY, or other government schemes.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
