Content Designer

Vastukul is looking for a **creative and impact-driven Content Developer & Graphic Designer** who can **capture the essence of rural communities, their challenges, and their growth through skill development programs.** The role involves interacting with the community, understanding their background, and developing **engaging content** that resonates with them.

**Key Responsibilities1. Community Engagement & Content Development**:

- **Engage with communities** to understand their backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges.
- Develop **simplified content that is relatable and easily understood** by the target audience.
- Create **articles, blogs, and personal social stories** showcasing real-life impact.
- Capture testimonials and life stories of **students, trainers, and community members** to highlight program success.

**2. Video Content & Storytelling**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit **short videos, interviews, and case studies**.
- Develop **engaging visual narratives** that effectively communicate the impact of Vastukul’s programs.
- Ensure content is **emotionally compelling and culturally relevant** to the community.

**3. Graphic Design & Visual Communication**:

- Design **booklets, brochures, reports, and other communication materials** for training programs.
- Ensure content **adheres to brand guidelines** and maintains consistency in design and messaging.
- Use **infographics and visuals** to simplify complex concepts for community understanding.

**4. Social Media & Outreach**:

- Develop **digital content for social media platforms** to amplify Vastukul’s impact stories.
- Ensure content is **optimized for engagement** across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work with the communications team to strategize **awareness campaigns and storytelling initiatives**.

**5. Research & Industry Insights**:

- Stay updated on **best practices in content development for social impact**.
- Research effective **communication strategies** for rural and skill development communities.
- Gather **feedback from the community** to refine content for better engagement.

**Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills**:

- **Content Development**: Strong writing and storytelling abilities for social impact.
- **Videography & Editing**: Basic skills in filming and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps.
- **Graphic Design**: Proficiency in **Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva**.
- **Layout & Formatting**: Experience in designing **publications, annual reports, and booklets**.

**Creative & Soft Skills**:

- **Empathy & Cultural Sensitivity**: Ability to connect with rural communities and understand their perspectives.
- **Strong Communication**: Ability to translate complex ideas into **simple, engaging narratives**.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in **content creation for social organizations, NGOs, or CSR initiatives**.
- Understanding of **rural communities and their communication preferences**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
