Trainer-swing Machine Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for students in **cutting** and **sewing techniques**.
- Train students on the use and maintenance of **industrial sewing machines** and other machines used in garment manufacturing.
- Provide hands-on training for operating all types of sewing machines, including industrial machines.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and modules tailored to the Sewing Machine Operator course.
- **Practical Demonstrations**:

- Demonstrate advanced sewing and cutting techniques, ensuring students understand industry standards and practices.
- Facilitate real-time problem-solving and troubleshooting of sewing machines.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess students' skills through practical exercises and periodic evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve their techniques and confidence.
- **Industry Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the garment and fashion industry.
- Share insights and best practices to prepare students for employment or entrepreneurship.
- **Student Mentoring**:

- Motivate and guide students, ensuring they are job-ready upon course completion.
- Assist in career counseling and placement support for students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma/Degree holder in **Fashion Technology** or a related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of **cutting and sewing techniques**.
- Proficiency in handling **industrial sewing machines** and other machines used in garment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with various types of sewing machines, including domestic and industrial models.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach and mentor students effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a **trainer** or professional in the garment industry.
- Certification in sewing, cutting, or related vocational courses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,160.02 - ₹20,000.00 per month
