- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
