**Position - Payment Collection Executive**

We are seeking a diligent and proactive **Payment Collection Executive** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely payment collection from our clients through effective communication and follow-up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment activities in the company's database.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with clients to facilitate timely payment.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounts Receivable and Sales, to resolve payment issues and improve collection processes.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding payments and collection efforts.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce the occurrence of late payments and improve overall collection efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in payment collection and debt recovery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to payment collection and customer communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payment collection, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
