We are looking for an initiative-taking and compassionate Patient Assistant to join our team in multiple cities across North India. The Patient Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent support to Doctors, Patients and Their families. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Local Languages, The ability to work well in the team, and A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient Assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to End Management of Patient care from getting the Doctor Consultation till the Patient Treatment is completed.
- Explaining the Patients about the Eye Care Services offered.
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members in a professional and respectful manner.
- Documenting patient care in records.
- Maintaining the database of the Patients on a regular basis on our web portal.
- Sharing Feedback & Suggestions to improve the process.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate & Good Computer & Technical Operational Skills.
- Professional oral and written communication Skills.
- Preferred Past Work experience in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
