**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related queries.
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records accurately.
- Handle patient payments and process billing statements.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination.
- Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and dental software (e.g., Dentrix).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
