Job Profile: Baking Trainer

Qualification: Hotel Management Course

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month

Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Gender: Only Female

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct baking training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that they align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Instruct participants in various baking techniques, including preparation, baking, and presentation.
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance participants' baking skills.
- Evaluate the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new baking techniques, and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training area.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to enhance the overall training program.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Hotel Management Course or a related field.
- Proven experience in baking, preferably in a professional kitchen or bakery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for baking and a desire to share knowledge with others.
- Punctuality and professional conduct.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
