About Us:

Pammi's National Bakery is a reputed bakery brand in Bathinda, known for premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company accounts using BUSY software.
  • Prepare GST filings, credit vouchers, invoices, and labor sheets.
  • Conduct vendor reconciliation and manage timely payments.
  • Handle rent payments, collections, and recurring cash payments.
  • Assist senior accountants in daily accounting operations.
  • Withdraw cash and coordinate with banks for DDs, transfer cheques, and new account setups.
  • Coordinate with branch offices for accounting documentation and data.
  • Prepare daily sales and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (BUSY preferred), billing, and basic financial procedures.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Masters with relevant experience.
