**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
❖ Responsible to achieve individual Sales target.
❖ Responsible to collect the payment within stipulated time.
❖ Build a strong relationship with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
❖ Sustaining the Customers and Introducing new Customers for more business.
❖ To have knowledge in all the products related to our business available in the market and suggest increasing market size.
❖ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or segments.
❖ To handle dealers, architects and projects effectively.
❖ To handle a team and supporting them to attain target
❖ Handling customer queries and resolving it.
❖ Develop and execute the sales strategies to achieve profit with effective marketing efforts.
❖ Analyze market trends and competitors’ activity to stay ahead in the industry.
❖ To generate leads & initiate the sales process.
❖ Oversee channel sales teams to achieve targets and provide guidance on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service standards.
❖ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
❖ Do follow up and ensure the delivery of goods at customer place at right time.
❖ Implement & defined brand activities with the support of branding team
❖ To ensure proper ordering of stock so as to minimize dead stock; to keep a tab on the stock movement.
❖ Willingness to travel.
❖ Any other responsibilities assigned by Branch Sales Manager.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
