
Sales Executive-premium Retail Furnitures Store

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Client Engagement**:
- Greet and engage clients in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and design aesthetics.
- Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and lifestyle to offer personalized furniture recommendations.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, while explaining the value and exclusivity of premium furniture pieces.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from selection to delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell related items, such as accessories and complementary décor pieces.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge and Market Trends**:
- Stay updated on the latest luxury furniture collections, trends, materials, and design philosophies.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information, ensuring complete transparency regarding pricing, customization options, and lead times.
- Participate in product training sessions to continually enhance your knowledge of the luxury furniture market.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a client database with detailed records of customer preferences, purchases, and interactions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services or products as needed.
- **Store Presentation and Merchandising**:
- Assist in maintaining the store’s premium aesthetic by ensuring furniture displays are pristine, well-organized, and aligned with the brand's luxury image.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling store layouts that highlight key furniture pieces and seasonal collections.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
- Handle sensitive customer transactions with confidentiality and care, ensuring a seamless, luxury buying experience.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve overall store objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and logistics teams to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- **Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, ideally within the furniture, home décor.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of luxury furniture brands, materials (e.g., fine woods, leather, têxtiles), and craftsmanship techniques.
- **Customer Focus**: Proven ability to build rapport with high-end clientele and provide tailored, white-glove customer service.
- **Sales Skills**: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate product value and features in a compelling way.
- **Presentation**: Polished, professional appearance and demeanor consistent with representing a luxury brand.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative as an individual contributor.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for design, aesthetics, and detail when advising clients on furniture pieces and interior spaces.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
