We are seeking an experienced and proactive Media Manager to lead our media buying team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other channels. You will also play a crucial role in guiding your team to success, ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the teams of media buyers, overseeing campaigns for up to 10-15 large accounts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on both lead generation and retention.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic advice.Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that all media assets are aligned with the campaign strategy and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure that all campaigns are executed within budget and timeline constraints.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
