**Role Overview**

We are looking for a data-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.). The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for our doorstep services at the lowest possible acquisition cost, while improving ROI month on month.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Drive lead generation through WhatsApp funnels, landing pages, and instant form campaigns.
- Constantly A/B test creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and audience segments.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Collaborate with content/design teams to create effective ad creatives (video, static, reels).
- Build remarketing funnels to re-engage warm leads and website visitors.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to refine campaigns.
- Optimize budgets across cities to maximize leads within target CPL.
- Track full-funnel journey (from click to WhatsApp chat to closed sale) and improve conversion rate.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

**Key Requirements**
- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, not just awareness.
- Ability to manage ₹5L+ monthly budgets effectively.
- Strong understanding of Indian tier1/tier2 consumer behavior.
- Self-starter with a focus on measurable results, not vanity metrics.

**KPIs for Success**
- Improve WhatsApp-to-sale conversion % through better ad quality.
- Deliver consistent ROAS growth quarter on quarter.
