**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive E-commerce Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new leads, introduce them to our e-commerce account management services, and convert them into long-term clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building trust over a phone call, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential e-commerce clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Clearly explain our e-commerce account handling services, including listing optimization, order management, inventory tracking, and platform support.
- Understand client needs and tailor service pitches accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, business development, or client onboarding (e-commerce industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical services in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., is a plus.
