**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately book and confirm reservations for multiple services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information about our services.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to customers.
- Document booking information, customer interactions, and other important details.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly production goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer service experience in a call center, travel and tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with navigating and using computer systems.
- Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a home office or appropriate workstation with a reliable internet connection.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work at flexible hours.
