**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will be an essential part of our hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book rooms, providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to meet their individual needs.

**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide guests with information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities to assist them in making informed booking decisions.
- Process reservations promptly and accurately, recording all pertinent information in the hotel management system.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's offerings, including room types, packages, and special promotions, to effectively upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and guest services, to ensure a seamless experience for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, seeking prompt resolution and providing appropriate follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and contributing to the continuous improvement of reservation processes.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using reservation management software and systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the hotel's scheduling needs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a diverse team to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
