**The Role**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our Service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet of Cranes & Trailer operates at peak performance and adheres to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will also be looking after Erection and Fabrication jobs required at our Yard or Site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of Cranes and Trailers, and Man Lifts, Mobile crane
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective measures.
- Perform routine checks and scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts utilized.
- Provide technical support and advice to the team and clients when necessary.
- Participate in continuous training and development to keep up with industry standards and technological advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications such as an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mobile Crane, Trailer & Man Lift Maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid India driving licence.

**Desirable**:

- All Necessary government documents
- Experience with specific brands and models of cranes & Trailer in our fleet.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Locals will be preferred.

**Salary - 20,000 to 30,000 per Month**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
