M/s Devas Unlimited is one-of-a-kind online store in India selling healing crystals and offering inner well-being services. We are a small and dedicated team serving clients in over 55 countries.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Key responsibilities**
- Participate in developing and executing e-commerce plans and strategies to increase sales
- Manage the company's online sales channels, including website, Etsy, Ebay and other marketplaces
- Manage the company's website and ensure it is updated regularly with new products, and other product related information.
- Manage the ecommerce team
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for SEO
- Along with the marketing team analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to optimize online sales and marketing efforts
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to launch marketing and sales programs.
- Oversee e-commerce operations including processes for despatch, tying up with courier partners, sourcing of packaging material
- Merchandising and tying up with new vendors
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure customer satisfaction for both the offline and online shopping experience by addressing customer concerns and feedback
- Interact with customers and manage the company’s offline sales
- Track OKRs and KPIs for the ecommerce section
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce management, including sales and marketing strategies, website design and development, online analytics, and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, website analytics, and project management tools
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
