About the job Ecommerce Executive

We are hiring for a Singapore based start up with multiple brands in Beauty and Personal care space. Global top tier Venture funds like Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures have partnered with us on this journey. **Job title: Executive : E com operations**

**Job Location : Bangalore**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Image QC, Handling Image Ticketing process, Downloading of Tickets, pre QC of Images
- Allocating the tickets to the editors and ensuring timely submission of tickets based on

client requirements for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
- Handling first level of escalations from client side
- Resolving issues based on client requirement for imaging
- Image Mapping, Reordering as per guidelines under ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Handling Image editing process for entire client base of the company providing solutions and resolving issues for image process
- Experience in end-to-end cataloging, account management of private clients for filpkart and Amazon cataloging division.
- Preparing Catalogue and listing the products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.
- Converting raw data to final content which would be live on the website
- Research products on Internet and responsible for update of the productinformation.
- Creating new SKU and uploading them on the portal.
- Updating Product Data / specifications / Images.
- Manage individual and bulk listings.
- Looking after entire listing process, cataloging & pricing.
- Setting up the products on website across category.
- Ensuring that the website content is accurate and up to date.

**Qualifications & Personal Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in similar role
- Exceptionally good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
