We are a leading interior design firm in Vadodara, working with premium clients in the real estate and construction space. Our projects span residential, commercial, and architectural interiors, and we pride ourselves on delivering elegant, functional designs that inspire.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident **Sales & Marketing Executive** (Female Preferred) to drive client acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance brand visibility in Vadodara’s growing interior design market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate, construction, and architecture sectors
- Build strong business relationships with developers, architects, and property consultants
- Generate leads through field visits, social media, and networking events
- Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and coordinate site visits
- Create and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns
- Promote services across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior or real estate sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Should have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday
- Office + Field work (Client meetings/site visits as required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
