**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bench Marketing & Sales**
- Market **Bench IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens)** to **clients and staffing vendors**.
- Develop relationships with **Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and MSPs**.
- Submit consultants for contract positions through **job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)**.
- Handle **cold calling, networking, and follow-ups** to maximize placements.

**Consultant & Client Management**
- Coordinate with IT consultants for **resume updates, interview scheduling, and client interactions**.
- Negotiate consultant **bill rates and contract terms** with vendors and clients.

**Lead Generation & Market Research**
- Generate leads for **new client acquisitions**.
- Keep track of **US IT job market trends and hiring needs**.
- Build and maintain a strong **database of clients and vendors**.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Maintain records of **submissions, interviews, and placements**.
- Prepare **weekly/monthly sales reports** and update management on progress.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.**
**Basic understanding of US IT staffing & recruitment (training provided).**
**Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, Dice, and job portals (preferred).**
**Strong negotiation and convincing skills.**
**Ability to work in a night shift (US business hours).**
**Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player mindset.**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** (Preferred: MBA/BBA or related field).
- **Basic knowledge of IT terminology & US job market is a plus.**:
