
Executive Assistant to Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Track tasks and follow up on pending actions for management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support senior management in administrative tasks and project coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
Required Skills
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Advanced proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
