**Job Scope**:
The Team Member Cloud Admin - L2 will be required to create, set up, put into operation, and operate the systems that make up the underlying cloud platform. aid in building up private or public cloud infrastructure. learn how to install them automatically, balance workload, and monitor and adjust the systems in accordance with the recommended technique.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending MACD tickets
- Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
- Routine Checklist
- Inventory update
- Ensure Compliance to all the management systems of the organization
- Ensure departmental compliance on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business Continuity and other requirements of the organization and; for any new certification which organization is opting for

**Must Have Skill**:

- Experience on managing multi-site Windows/Linux/Unix setup.
- Experience of managing VMware, Hyper V and KVM.
- Good knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure
- Migration of VMs from one Hypervisor to another.
- Experience in Hypervisor/VM backup and recovery

**Good to Have Skill**:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), database management, lessoning with teams and units, teamwork and delegation
- Understanding of network and Storage technologies
- Knowledge of Network, Security, Storage and Backup technologies
- Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.
- Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
