Job Description Job Title: Cloud Operations Engineer Experience :4 - 6 Years Location: India Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Cloud Services Engineer (IaaS) with strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. The role involves providing L2 support, managing VMware, AWS, and Terraform environments, and ensuring service delivery in line with ITSM best practices. The candidate will also contribute to automation, documentation, and global collaboration, including Japanese stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Administer and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments. - Provide L2 support for incidents, change management, and routine maintenance. - Manage and automate cloud deployments using VMware, AWS, and Terraform. - Maintain and update operating procedures and service delivery documentation. - Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices, including performance reporting against KPIs and SLRs. - Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives. - Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes. - Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution. - Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs to internal teams. - Support security management, monitoring, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate effectively with local and global teams, including communication with Japanese stakeholders. Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. - Experience with VMware, AWS, and Terraform. - Strong understanding of ITSM processes, compliance, and documentation. - Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
