**Job Scope**:
The Systems Admin Linux - L3 will be expected for performing proactive and corrective duties, administration, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting in order to guarantee the availability of the UNIX infrastructure in the client's environment. They will serve clients all across the world and offer prompt, reliable level 3 technical operations support.

**Responsibilities**:

- SME for Linux
- Supervising L2 team members
- Maintain Servers Uptime
- Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines
- Handling escalated calls.
- Ensure departmental compliance on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business Continuity and other requirements of the organization and; for any new certification which organization is opting for

**Must Have Skill**:

- Managing different distributions of Linux Servers
- Patching and upgradation of Linux servers.
- Strong knowledge of DNS fundamentals, BIND fundamentals, including diagnostics with UNIX tools
- Hands on experience on red hat/Linux OS Cluster
- Good knowledge of Linux containers and Dockers
- Performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization

**Qualification and Experience**:

- B. E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
