Role : Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience required: Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years

Location : Goregaon (East), Mumbai

Compensation : Up to Rs.45000 p.m.

Working Days & Hours : 5 (Saturday & Sunday fixed off) 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

3. Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct in-person interviews.

6. Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain recruitment metrics, track and analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

8. Talent Acquisition Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.

9. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that the recruitment process is cost-effective.

10. Employer Branding: Represent the organization in a positive light to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Naukri, Shine, Linkedln etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be from bulk/volume hiring background and/or support hiring.
- Should have very strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
