Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: SANPADA MIDC

Company Profile: Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures is **engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing shop fittings and retail fixtures**. The company provides customized in-store solutions across multiple retail segments, including fashion & apparel, electronics, departmental stores, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Project Manager & Sr. Project coordinator in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

2. Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

3. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

5. Track project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in relevant field (ITI / Diploma in mechanical preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

3. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Basic computer knowledge

7. Required Adobe Auto CADD.
