**Job Title**: Recruiter (Male)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Coordinate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation related to hiring and termination processes.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly and professionally.
- **Training and Development Support**:

- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.
- Track employee training completion and maintain accurate training records.
- Support the implementation of employee development programs.
- **Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Handle documentation related to employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
