**Key Responsibilities**
- **Windows Server Administration** (2012/2016/2019/2022):

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print services.
- Perform patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening.
- **VMware Administration** (vSphere 6.x / 7.x):

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, and virtual machines.
- Manage VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
- Perform backup/restore and disaster recovery planning for virtualized environments.
- **Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online**:

- Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and hybrid configurations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services — Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.
- Handle O365 security/compliance policies, mailbox migrations, and license management.
- **Server Security & Compliance**:

- Implement and maintain server security controls (AV, vulnerability management).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
- **Incident & Problem Management** (L3 Support):

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex server, storage, and virtualization issues.
- Work with vendor support (Microsoft, VMware) for escalations and RCA.
- **Documentation & Automation**:

- Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and infrastructure diagrams.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, focusing on Wintel technologies.
- Expertise in **Windows Server** (2012/2016/2019/2022) administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with **VMware vSphere** (6.x / 7.x).
- Deep knowledge of **Exchange Online**, **Microsoft 365 administration**, and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting** for automation and administration.
- Experience in ITIL-based service management (incident/change/problem).

**Preferred Certifications** (optional but valuable)
- **Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate**:

- **Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert**:

- **VMware VCP-DCV (Data Center Virtualization)**:

- ITIL Foundation certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
