
Administration Executive

The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling administrative and office management activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, supporting HR and operational requirements, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and front-office management.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and records accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR activities such as attendance, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts.
- Ensure office infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are well maintained.
- Prepare administrative reports and assist management in decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Graduate in Administration/Management/Commerce or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant administrative experience (Oil & Gas/Engineering industry preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
