Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate and prioritize executive communications to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Manage and track executive expenses, including preparation of reports and budget coordination.
- Organize and maintain executive files, documents, and office supplies.
- Oversee the company’s relationships with external vendors, ensuring service contracts are executed efficiently and in accordance with business needs.
- Negotiate and review vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring that they meet or exceed the agreed-upon service levels, and resolve any issues or disputes that arise.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including contracts, contact information, and service performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and assist in selecting the right partners for various services or products.
- Track vendor invoices and ensure timely payments and budget compliance.
- Continuously assess and improve vendor management processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and off-site travel arrangements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,168.38 - ₹25,540.74 per month
