**What is your mission statement?**
- Delivery in charge: You are to coordinate with delivery agents and transporter for planning deliveries of shipments. You must also arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Daily report: You are required to prepare a daily status report of the imports.
- Regular updates: You must also maintain regular communication with the party over mail and personal contact, and update on their shipment status.
- Spot and trace: You are also assigned to trace the shipment status through websites and personal contact with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Coordination with customs: You should also coordinate with customs clearance departments for obtaining the status and avail the required documents.
